When will I be able to contact travelers?

It's Rentalo's responsibility to conduct proper verification on each new client and property added to our inventory prior to putting them in contact with potential guests. As part of our initial setup for new clients, our anti-fraud department will conduct a verification process to verify owner's legitimacy, and property's ownership. These steps are required to avoid potential frauds and scams on inventory listed in Rentalo.com. Additionally, this process is also required to comply with Rentalo's "Worry-Free" Lodging Guarantee - a $5,000 protection for motivating travelers to book inventory found via Rentalo.

This verification process ussually take 1 to 4 business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 7PM). We work as soon as possible in order to minimize the delay for new clients to start contacting potential guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
