| Can't Login to My Rentalo There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to login to Rentalo:a) Problem with your "cookies" b) Wrong email address or Rentalo ID c) Wrong password Rentalo displays error messages to let you know the reason why you are not able to login based on these reasons: a) Problem with your"Cookies" If Rentalo detects a problem with your "cookies" (ie.e, a file
that resides on your PC that stores data from internet websites), we will
display the following error message: It looks like your browser does not support cookies from Rentalo.
We recommend that you allow cookies from Rentalo in order to have 100%
functionality of all our menu options. Instructions for enabling "cookies" on your browser: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or newer), click on Tools > Internet Options > Click "settings" under "Temporary Internet Files". Under Setting, make sure you click "Automatically" under "Check for newer versions of stored pages", and allow at least 5 M for the "Allowed disk space to use", then click ok until you close all tool windows. Also, under Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab, make sure you use "Medium" or lower as your level of security. If you are using Netspcape (version 7.0 or newer), Click
on Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security
(double click) > Cookies > Click on "Enable cookies based on
privacy setting" > click on "view" and select "Medium"
as the level of privacy, then click ok until you close all edit windows.
Instructions to delete cookies from your browser: Click on Settings > Click on Preferences > Under “By AOL Feature” Click on Internet Settings > Click on Delete Cookies > When Prompted “Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?” Click Ok > Click on Ok again > After following this steps please close all your windows and restart your computer. To delete cookies in AOL 9.0 Click on Settings > Click on Internet (Web) Options > Click on Delete Cookies > When Prompted “Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?” Click Ok > Click on Ok again > After following this steps please close all your windows and restart your computer. If you are not using Microsoft or Netscape (or you are using an older version), you may need to follow a different set of windows to delete your "Cookies" file.
b) Wrong email address or Rentalo ID If you enter a non-registered email address or Rentalo ID, Rentalo displays
the following error message:
