1) Please review, print, fill out Rentalo Pay per Lead Service Agreement, including Attachment A, scan it and email it to email@example.com, or fax to 305-357-3259. If you are interested in participating on this program and meet our program requirements, please contact us.
2) Within 1-2 business days, you will be contacted by our team to provide you with your account login so that you can start building your listing's campaign.
If you have 10+ listings, and you like to take advantage of our XML feed, please pass the following information to your webmaster or technical team:
Rentalo's XML feed schema documentation: http://rentalo.com/docs/xmlfeed-schema.html. XML tag description and example: http://rentalo.com/docs/affiliates_feed_partners_example.html (Once you provide the XML file to Rentalo, please allow 3-5 business days to start updating your XML file and listings). If you are not using XML feeds, you will be able to edit your own listings once you have an account in Rentalo.
3) Once your listings are ready for distribution, we will launch your campaign in our partner sites. You will receive a monthly report from Rentalo detailing your lead activity.

How many properties can I list with Rentalo in this program?
There is no limit. You can list as many as you want.
Can I control the budget or number of leads?
Yes, you can turn ON & OFF your campaign any time.
I'm already advertising some of my properties at Rentalo under a "PAY PER LISTING". Can I do "Pay per Lead" on other properties?
Yes, you can have 2 separate accounts with us; one for your Pay per Listing ads, and one for your Pay per Lead listings.
I don't have XML capabilities at this time. How can I keep my listing's rates and availability information up-to-date?
Yes, you can login to your account and edit your listings 24x7. Rentalo provides you with a user-friendly interface to allow listing owners to manage all aspects of their listing(s), including availability, rates, photos, description, etc. Also, Rentalo staff is available to you via toll-free, live chat or email to assist you in editing your listings.
How soon will my campaign be up and running?
Typically within 24 hours. If XML is used, please allow 5-10 business days after providing us with the XML URL.
Can I select which type of leads I want to pay for?
Yes, you can configure our "inquiry filters" to receive better qualified destination-based email leads. You can also turn telephone leads ON & OFF anytime.
If I have multiple listings, will I be charged for unique leads or multiple times for the same lead when travelers inquire about more than one of my listings?
Yes, you will only pay one time per unique email lead.
I'm doing okay with other sites. Why should I enroll on Rentalo's Pay Per Lead program?
During the last 15+ years, Rentalo has been building its distribution network, now consisting of more than 100 travel partner sites (see details).
