I am trying to create a new account to add my property, but the system is telling me that my email is already registered with

As part of our Free Trial Program, created an account and a listing (unpublished) in your location so that you can receive accommodation requests. Therefore, all you need to do is login at as an existing customer. Then add your property.

If you do not know your password, simply click where is says "Forgot my password" so that we can send it to your email address.

If you do not remember the email address that we have registered in Rentalo, we suggest that you retreive it from the emails you have received from us (ussually it is included in the subject of the emails). Another option is for you to use our "Find your property" utility in the "owners" menu to search our database using your email, URL, or keyword (such as the name of your business).
