The name of your property should as descriptive and attractive as possible. Please note that this is the name that we will use to define your listing’s URL. For example if you name your property “Vacation Paradise in Las Vegas”, then your listing’s URL will be:
A good description of your rental can be very powerful and seductive. This field is searched by our General Search Utility in our home page, and also by our Narrow your Search utility in our search result pages. Adding a keyword here can be critical for travelers to find your rental listing.

Listing your rental amenities can be very helpful when travelers look for specific amenities. Again, many travelers use our Narrow your search utility to identify listings that can meet their needs.

Nearby Attractions
Most travelers use our Narrow your Search utility to identify listings related to a specific attraction or activity within your destination. It is extremely relevant to add the names of the attractions and activities to this box.

Property Type
Specify if you have a vacation rental, B&B or hotel/motel
Note: If you own or manage a bed and breakfast or a hotel, you should select the appropriate Property type to show your listing under Bed & breakfast or Hotels & Motels.

Include the maximum number of people (adults + children) that you can accommodate. Also, include the number of rooms. If you rent individual rooms (e.g, hotel or B&B), specify per max. per room. This item is used as the criteria to sort our listings in the search results pages (ascending order).

Specify: Smoking Preferences, Handicap accessibility, Small Children (no allowed?) If so, specify minimum age.

Minimum Stay
Specify the minimum length of stay. This field is used to filter our general inquiries. By specifying a minimum stay, we will stop sending leads requesting stays for less nights (or days) than your minimum rental period.

In general, travelers are attracted to pictures! We highly recommended that you add as many pictures as you want in order to improve your overall traffic and page views of your listing with us. If you have pictures on another website, send us the link. Otherwise, please mail your pictures (up to 5) to:
