How does Rentalo rank your page?

Rentalo rank pages based on 3 items:

1) Editorial points

2) Penalty points

3) Length of time as a Rentalo subscriber

1) Rentalo assigns editorial points for having all your property details as complete as possible. Completing the following will give you each one point:

Edit item 1 (Property Details)
- Description (1 point)
- Amenities (1 point)
- Attractions (1 point)
- Bedrooms (1 point)
- Bathrooms (1 point)
- Sleeps (1 point)
- Property Type (1 point)
- Pets (1 point)
- Small Children (1 point)
- Handicap Accessible (1 point)
- Smokers (1 point)

Pictures (Edit item 2)
You have at least one image in your property (1 point)

Pricing (Edit item 3)
- Having at least one price range (1 point)
- Payment Methods (1 point)
- Deposits (1 point)
- Taxes (1 point)
- Cancellations (1 point)

Availability Calendar (Edit item 4)
- Using the availability calendar of your property (at least one day not available) (1 point)

Auto Offers (Edit item 5)
- Having the auto-offers feature active (1 point)

Links (Edit item 6)
- Having at least one link exchange active (1 point)

Contact information (Edit item 7)
- Contact name (1 point)
- Contact Telephone (1 point)

2) Penalty points are assess in the following way:
- Found contact information or URL information in any other field besides the Contact Information (Edit item 7) or Links (Edit item 6) (Point = -1)
- Include information about more than one rental unit (Point -1)

3) If two or more listings have the same number of editorial points, we will then list the listing that has been with us for a longer period of time above the other.
