> Can't find my listing

Go to Find Your Property Listing under Owners to search using your email, URL, or keyword.

> I am confused and would like someone to call me to help me register or edit my listing?

Please send us an email or fill out our contact us form. Depending on the volume of work, a Rentalo staff member will be contacting you as soon as possible.

 


> How to reduce the number of irrelevant inquiries?

If you wish to stop getting leads from leads@rentalo.com that do not match your rental(s) criteria, you should edit your Property Listing (login to http://my.rentalo.com) and specify the following:

Under "Edit Property Details", we can filter leads based on the following criteria:

Property Type - By you selecting the available property types (single unit, multi-unit, room or bed and breakfast), we will send you rental leads that select your specified property type or "Any".  For example, if you have a condo, we can stop sending leads from people requesting rooms or houses. However, please remember that these are general destination-based inquiries, and you are not obligated to respond to all these general inquiries. Only respond those inquiries that you feel are appropriate to your rental needs.

Bedrooms - By selecting the amount of bedrooms that your property has, we will not send leads requesting more bedrooms than what your rental property has available.
Note: At this time we are only able to filter leads requesting a larger amount of bedrooms, not lesser. However, please remember that these are general destination-based inquiries, and you are not obligated to respond to all these general inquiries. Only respond those inquiries that you feel are appropriate to your rental needs.

Sleeps - Select the maximum amount of people that you can accommodate (adults + children), and we send leads requesting lodging for groups or families no larger than the number you specified.
Note: At this time we are only able to filter leads requesting larger parties, not smaller. However, please remember that these are general destination-based inquiries, and you are not obligated to respond to all these general inquiries. Only respond those inquiries that you feel are appropriate to your rental needs.

Minimum Stay - Stop getting leads requesting shorter stays than your specified minimum stay. 
Note: If you specify various minimum stays for various date ranges, we will use the shortest minimum stay that you have specified to filter our general inquiries. In other words, if you specify a date range a minimum of 2 nights, and another date range with a minimum of 6 nights, we will send you leads for "2" or more nights, regardless of the date range. However, please remember that these are general destination-based inquiries, and you are not obligated to respond to all these general inquiries.  Only respond those inquiries that you feel are appropriate to your rental needs.

Under "Edit Pricing", we are also able to filter rental leads based on the following criteria: Price Range - When you specify your nightly, weekly, or monthly rates, by selecting one or more date ranges, we will calculate your daily (or nightly) rate.  We will then only send you rental leads who specify a daily/weekly/monthly budget equal to or higher than the calculated daily rate for your rental(s).

 


> I want to become a Premium Member but my email is already in the system

If you received the following message:

"Sorry, Email is Already Registered in our Database"

You should login to My Rentalo (click here to login) and there you can add new properties or edit an existring one.
