It is a one-bedroom Dillon vacation condo that comfortably sleeps four. It is very spacious - approximately 1010 square feet. The living room has two couches, one pulls to a queen sleeper. The east wall of the living room is moss-rock stone with a large fireplace, hearth, and wood storage area. All the firewood you need is provided in the unit, along with matches and fire-starters. You can enjoy a fire every night while you lament the day's winter activities or even toast marshmallows on a cool summer night.

Unit 137 is on the top floor, lake-view end of the building. Angled sliding glass doors adjacent to the fireplace provide a nice view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. These doors empty onto the balcony area where you can step out for a breath of fresh mountain air, a look at the view or to pick up an arm load of dry firewood. From Marina Place you overlook the lake below and the snow capped or snow covered Rocky Mountains.

Marina Place is one of the best situated complexes in the county. It is centrally located, in the center of Dillon and on the edge of the lake. It is also central to the four greatest ski resorts in Colorado. In summer, the complex has close access to Colorado's premium white water rivers, close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, and centrally located to the best activities and attractions Colorado has to offer.

When all the fun is done for the day, the best part is coming home to Marina Place for some quiet time with your friends or family. I think Marina Place-137 is the greatest place.
