This Poconos vacation cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, full bathrooms with tile floors, fiberglass showers & oak vanities (cottage #4 also has a bathtub), cable TV, VCR & some with a CD player. There are bon-fire pits so that in the evenings friends & family can sit under the 90' pines & enjoy a warm fire! (Wood is supplied) The Delaware River is just 2.5 miles & you can also fish, rent canoes or use your own small boat. I am located 11.5 miles north of Bushkill Falls & 8 miles south of Milford, a beautiful & nostalgic town with many antique & specialty shops, museums & fine restaurants. You are in National Recreation Area! Just 1 hr. & 20 mins. from the GWB.
NOTE: Cottage #5 is not on the brochure because it is a cottage that I have for my family & friends, so it is not advertised but it is available at certain times.

Babbling Brook Cottages Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Reservation deposits required. Large groups will also have a security deposits. There is a pet charge of $10.00 per night for 1 pet & $5.00 for each additional pets. Also a refundable pet security deposit, providing that the pet policy is honored.
14 days for cancellation-full refund. If less than 14 days, deposits will be refunded provided that the reservation has been fill for your dates. EARLY DEPARTURES CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. Holiday deposits are not refundable unless reservations are filled.

Babbling Brook is a great place to retreat to with family, friends, couples, or even for small groups.
Such was the case my Ct Christian Mens group and I enjoyed for a two day retreat in March of 06.
We enjoy the surrounding locations and activities from North to South and East to West in the Poconoes.
It is truely a Mountain top experience.
One can surely find the serenity of peace and quiet in the mountains of Pa, at BB.
In closing, consider this provoking thought:
