Best Deal in the Desert Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We accept personal, business and cashier's checks as well as Paypal on-line. There is a $65 cleaning fee per tenancy.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
There is a REFUNDABLE $200 or 10% of rental fee; whichever is greater security deposit required along with a one-page 'Rental Agreement' confirming the dates of occupancy. This is mainly for damage control purposes.
You will receive a FULL REFUND, providing that you cancel AT LEAST three weeks before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel inside the three week span, you will be subject to the loss of your security deposit.
Your cancellation MUST BE in writing.
