The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished, and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.

PAYMENT: A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due must be sent immediately on receipt of our booking confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the lease. In the case of a confirmation being issued within 45 days of the lease starting date then the whole amount due must be paid,
