Our home is built into the side of a large ravine that is covered with natural woods and vegetation down to Table Rock Lake. There is a nice breeze and many types of birds and wild life to entertain you at different times through out the day and evening. You can go down to the lower level deck and sit or climb into the hot tub and enjoy the peace and quiet of all that nature has to offer while your body is soothed by the massaging jetted water. Relax and Enjoy! We have a washer and dryer on the main level and another on the lower level for your convenience. Our big screen TV is hooked up Direct TV Network and there is a TV in every bedroom.You will enjoy wireless internet high speed connection and color printer that is there for your convenience to use. Our brand new kitchen is fantastic and has every thing you would ever need to prepare gormet meals. The pass through window to the outdoor kitchen makes every meal a pleasent occaision. You won't want to leave home to enjoy every thing that Branson and the surrounding Ozark country has to offer.

Live entertainment abounds in nearby Branson. Ammusement parks, caves, fresh water fishing, golf, nightly fire works at Celebration City and daily and nightly demonstrations at the famed Silver Dollar City. There is so much to see and do in the area that it would be impossible to cover all the details. Please check your internet search engines to research what your particular interests are. This area is so rich in every thing there is to do in nature besides all the live entertainment and amusement park type entertainment for the family. Take a ride on the Scenic Train or tour the lakes on the Ducks.You may have to leave knowing that you have to return to see what you missed the first time.

You can pay for this rental unit in one of three ways. 1. a check made out to me directly and sent via snail mail. 2, Pay Pal for credit card payments. 3. ACH method. an independent third party company sends you an email that you enter information on and the amount due is taken from your checking account and placed in our business account with them.

A $250.00 reservation deposit must be received within seven days of making your reservation or the reservation will not be held. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If a reservation is made less than 30 days from the arrival date, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made. Each reservation must have a $250 damage/excessive cleaning deposit, to be paid with a separate check with in 15 days of your arrival. It will be cashed and placed in a savings account and will be returned unless there is damage done by any member or, guest of your party or if there is excessive cleaning and or laundry required upon your departure. (This deposit is a little higher than other homes in the are, because we have more stuff for you and your family to do.) If you choose to bring a pet, there is an additional deposit of $250.



We must be notified of your cancellation at least 15 days prior to your expected arrival to expect any portion of a refund. If the unit is re-rented a refund will be made. (subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee) If it remains unoccupied, there will be no refund given. We will give you the one time option of having the funds credited toward a future date. That date must be within a year of the original reservation.



Stone Co and MO taxes total 6.475% of the rental fee. There is also a $100.00 exit cleaning fee which is a fee and is not a refundable charge.
