Skiwatch has 2 large slopeside hot tubs, underground parking, guest lounges, laundry facilities, and a sauna. Each condo has a gas log fireplace, cable TV, underground parking, an elevator, phone, fully-equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The building has wireless high-speed cable internet.

Skiwatch is located right on the slopes, so you can ski right down to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain high-speed quadchairs. There is a base area with shops, ski school, and a ski area restaurant located directly below the building. The Peak 8 terrain park and a special kids’ ski school, the Kids’ Castle are located on the slopes across from our building. The new Imperial Express chair takes you up to the summit of Peak 8--terrain that previously required a 45 minute hike. In the summer, the Peak 8 Fun Park features an alpine slide, chairlift rides, mountain biking, mini-golf, human maze, ..... Skiwatch is also close to the Peak 8 Nordic Center and a mile away from Main Street.
