47 Sunset Captiva is a 2,200 sf 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home which comfortably accommodates 6 or 7 guests. We have recently renovated and modernized the kitchen and bathrooms. Our home is equipped with beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, and a supply of kids' beach toys (left by prior guests). Speaking of kids, if you need a crib, highchair, stroller, etc., they are available for rent from our local property managers.
