Each casita has its own spacious living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and private terrace. There are ceiling fans, and, all bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The views are absolutely incredible, and there is no area of the villa without a magnificent view. Tropical birds streak by at all hours of the day. Catch the evening fireworks from your terrace, or during the winter months, be fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of a mother humpback whale and her calf.
The Casa Grande is a two bedroom, two bathroom suite, which has its own private terrace and palapa covered bar. The furnishings and design are traditional Mexican style. A beautiful fountain graces the sitting area, There is approximately 1600 square feet of living space.
Casa Palapa is tropical and romantic suite, set beneath a magnificent palapa roof. The large master bedroom opens to a terrace allowing for sweeping ocean views. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the fountain. This suite provides about 1500 square feet of luxury living.
La Casita, our newest addition, provides the best view in south side of Puerto Vallarta. It is the perfect hideaway. The private terrace gives the best views in the villa, and there are views from all rooms.
Casa de los Arcos is fully staffed Monday through Saturday, and our cook is available upon request for an extra charge. Onsite bilingual management guarantees that your holiday is perfect. Whether you need a restaurant recommendation, or you are planning an at home spa day, we can take care of all the details.Casa de los Arcos is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Taxi service is available and inexpensive.

We have two full time staff who work Monday through Saturday. We arrange your airport transfers (clients expense), and, upon arrival, offer the option of a trip to the local market to buy food for your time at the villa. This includes a small tour of the area, in order to help you get your bearings. Once we return to the villa, margaritas are served and an orientation to the villa and Puerto Vallarta is presented. We are available to set up any tours or activities that you want. Our on site management is also available in case of any emergency.

We are also known for our artists, and there are many galleries with all types of artwork available for sale. Vallarta is a wonderful place just to walk and enjoy the archticheture and watch people. There is live entertainment in the city square most evenings, and now we have dinner theatre available.
