You cannot leave this place without wanting to rebook a visit. It is authentic, orginal, quaint, cozy, warm, inviting and full of charm and relaxation. So much to do...or not to do. The owners and staff think of everything and make life simple with their reservations and directions and onsite care. The pictures of all the casas are great but what they don't share is...they provide internet service, books to read, movies to watch, pool toys, bikes to ride, beach towels, a full kitchen and a cook for hire that will not only purchase all your groceries but come to your casa and provide homemade meals, a massuse that will take care of your stress poolside, oceanside or in the privacy of your room, bbq grills for cookout and chimineya for cool nights along with charcoal and lighters...(they don't miss any details). More that is unsaid...a grocery store (w/food and fresh squeezed o.j.) is 1/2 blk, and so many great places to eat and shop within a very short walking distance. What we liked best: walks on the beach, sunning by the pool, catching up on movies, sitting on the front porch at night and reading a book by candlelight, Mark's resturant, dancing in living room to music provided in our casa, and breakfast in bed! There is as much privacy that you could want and yet plenty of things to do socially if you choose. All the casas were beautiful, unique and had comforts of home.

For many years we have vacations in the Puerto Vallarta area and have stayed at numerous facilities all around Banderas Bay. These facilities ranged from small to the largest of the new hotels. Never have we experienced the perfect place until this year and that place is Casa Manana! This quaint and charming facility is right on the beach and the hosts Michael and Vivienne truly provide each visitor with a memorable vacation experience. They provide all of the little things that the others just do not pay attention to. For example each Casita is not only fully furnished but comes with modern working appliances and all of the kitchen utensils necessary to enable you to create culinary delights. The kitchen is an added bonus to provide you an option from the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance of Casa Manana. Also nearby you will find arts and crafts, groceries, (yes they include beer, wine and spirits), interact bank machines, a huge outdoor market, an inexpensive nearby gym (Billy’s) and the main attraction, right at your door step is the miles and miles of white sandy beach. At Casa Manana we felt totally at home, safe and secure and to say the staff is exceptional would be an understatement. Whether you want to be with others or an oasis unto yourself, Michael and Vivienne go out of their way to make sure your vacation is excellent. And those, like us, who can’t totally leave their business behind, Casa Manana’s WI-FI service allowed us to sit under a palapa with our lap top and stay in touch with our business. We look forward to spending the month of December again this year at Casa Manana The Tweeds, Vancouver, BC

Comfortable, Cute, Cozy, Warm, Unique are all words that come to mind as soon as you come into the gates. Our casa was so colorful and inviting we did not want to leave. I was so at home and my favorite parts were listing to the cd's provided, reading on the front porch, catching up on movies, sunning in the beautiful pool, taking long walks on the beach, and eating great food from nearby resturants. The staff took great care of our every question and need....they provided us with internet service, cable tv, beach towels, pool and beach toys, they even have bikes, there is a person to cook available also a person who will come and give you a massage onsite. Wow! We love this place and we hope to return with our friends and family in the near future. This will be a place you cannot stay away from and we would highly recommend!

The entire staff was very friendly, the grounds were emaculate, and the setting is beautiful, all while having your privacy respected. March 15, 2006 This is the second time we have rented from Casa Manana in the past 4 years and this time we brought our adult children and rented Casa II. It was absolutely beautiful. It was definitely like being in paradise. Mike and Vivienne are so helpful with anything you need and Norma, Carman, Falastino and the other help are so pleasant and do such a wonderful job of keeping the premises clean and the gardens immaculate. Bucerias is such a quaint town and the residents are so friendly, it is really like being at home. We will for sure go back. We had a great week and look forward to many more in the years to come.

I had the joy of spending five wonderful weeks at Casa Manana 2, together with four of my priest friends and a few days with the Archbishop of Santa Fe. We all fell in love with this very special place. I have been going to the PV area for fifteen years, but this was the first time we had rented a house. Casa Manana 2 - like all the Casa Manana properties, was beautiful in every way. The location on the beachfront is perfect. But the real joy is Mike and Vivienne and the great staff. While always respecting your privacy, their friendliness, concern and love give a feeling of "family" to all the guests. I am sure that I shall be returning to Casa Manana, God willing, for many years to come.

This will be our 8th year at Casa Manana and every year has been a vacation to cherish. My husband and I started in 1997 with a one week stay, 12 days in 1998, 2 weeks in 1999, 3 weeks in 2000 and now we there for a month. I don't think we can ever go back for less time thanks to Mike and Vivienne. They have made the Casa our home away from home, the home you wish was your own. My experiences at the Casa Manana have been wonderful every year. The small town outside the big one, you can maintain the quiet of Bucerias or go to the big party in P.V. At the Casa you have the feeling of living within a small local community but still maintaining the luxurious living conditions within the walls of Casa Manana. I love the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to get back!!!!!!!!! Privacy and security are part of why we come back to the Casa and of course Mike & Vivienne.

Casa Manana 2 is a magical place. The location is removed from the hub bub, yet it has everything one would need. Superb and low key service. The staff was friendly. The house was wonderfully spacious. We slept with the windows opening listening to the Pacific surf crash just yards outside. Tropical lizards ran across the patio every day. Fantastic ligtening at dusk. Romantic overhead fans inside. I'm a complete beach fan, but the salt water swimming pool was also a fun alternative. I'll be back.

Casa Manana is a wonderful escape from the ordinary. We truly enjoyed Casa 2. The accommodations were luxurious and inviting. Michael and Vivienne and their very professional staff know how to make everyone feel special. We fondly remember early morning walks on the wide sandy beach, lazy afternoons around the swimming pool and cocktails at sunset. In all of our travels, we have never found a place where we could truly feel the pressures of everyday life fly away in the breeze. We plan to make this an annual event!

From the moment of inquiry until the moment we left, the owners and staff of Casa Manana treated us great! The accomodations were fabulous! We stayed in Casa Manana V and LOVED it. We became friends with others and we all agreed that Vivienne and Michael (the property owners) have created a fabulous place for people to relax, from the accomodations to the music provided in each room! I highly recommend this resort for your next vacation. We're definetly going back!!
