The trade winds off the ocean cool the house; the bay is sheltered from the surf and provides great snorkeling. The beach is black lava and some black sand. Whales and turtles may be seen in season. We are oceanfront, about 3 minutes walk to water's edge.

If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
Rates do not include 11.4166% Hawaii taxes, cleaning fee, and security deposit.
