To provide you with all the comforts of home, our unit features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double/twin bunkbed, and a giant loft with a queen size bed, full bath and second TV/VCR. The main level has two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, cookware, microwave, gas fireplace, television, stereo, VCR, phone, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include bedding, towels, and a covered carport. Access to a common area hot tub is also available.

Colorado Mountain Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to rental date.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
A $300 damage deposit is required to secure your reservation. It will be refunded after your stay.
If canceled after full payment received, a partial (50%) refund will occur only if the condo is rented. Deposit will be forfeited upon any cancellation.
Taxes and cleaning fees are included.
A minimum of 2 nights is required, unless otherwise noted. However, if a single night's stay is required, there will be an addtional fee for cleaning.
