Coralina Del Mar-Oceanfront home Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
A 50% deposit is taken as down payment of the property. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

There is a $500 security deposit that is due upon making reservations. It will be returned after clients departure and inspection of the property has been completed (2 weeks).
Notice of cancellation must be received 32 days or greater before the start of rental will result in in the assessment of a processing fee, determined to be 50% of deposit amounts. Any cancellation given less than 31 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of any deposit amount.
There is a 7% room tax rate in Puerto Rico that will be applied to the cost of the rental.
