Love, love, love the condo. It is hands down our family's favorite place to go for vacation. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and in the best location. We found a huge park within walking distance for the kids. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants all around the corner, so you don't have to get in your car. We loved the nice, clean pool area and grassy areas. The condo is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. So close to downtown (minutes), so you can try all the different breakfast and dinner places. A wonderful place to stay with or without kids. We hope to keep coming back.

I meant to send this comment last year but, upon our return, I got busy and neglected to do so. We're getting ready to make our annual trip to P.S. and immediately my 10 year old reminded me that this is where he'd like to stay again. This home was inviting and stylish, homey but with modern finishes and amenties. The interior was immaculate and comfortable and the location is extremely convenient to all of the many options P.S. has to offer for dining, recreation and entertainment. We took our bikes along and we were able to get around town very easily from the condo. I've already contacted Leeann to schedule this year's trip. Fortunately, the condo is available and we're looking forward to our stay. I have no doubt that any visitor would find this condo provides a delightful accomodation.

Loved the condo. So peaceful and relaxing. Great outside space. Very stylish and comfortable and very well equipped – it felt like a home from home and it was great to drink out of proper wine glasses! The condo grounds are also very well tended, although we didn’t use the pool as it was just too hot when we were there, preferring to sit under the umbrella on the patio.
Great to be so close to Downtown Palm Springs with all of its restaurants, cinema and even the Casino.

The condo was awesome! We loved how peaceful the complex was. The pool was close for the kids, and grilling on the private patio was great. We had everything we needed right there. It was close to downtown, and shopping. We will be looking you up next time we get to Palm Springs to stay here again.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know again how much we
enjoyed staying at your place. Everything was fabulous and wonderful and it was a bonus to be so close to everything. We really enjoyed the view of the mountain from the bedroom and the beautiful surroundings of the patio. The grill came in handy for our cookout, and the fountain and the lights added a romantic touch. Thanks again for sharing your place with us. It is our desire to return
there within the next 2 years. We will contact you in our planning phases.
