And the view to the northeast is a gorgeous cityscape with beautiful Kapiolani Park in the foreground and the beautiful skyline of Waikiki, Honolulu and the Ko'olau Mountains in the background.

Open the windows on each side of Nui Kai and feel the comforting Hawaiian trade winds as they gently blow through the condo. A unique feature of the building is that each floor is only 1 unit wide, so getting a cooling cross breeze year-round is accomplished by opening windows on each side of the unit. Of course, air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and living room for those seeking an ultra cool experience.

Two private bedrooms.The master bedroom features 40's hawaiiana décor with king bed, cable television and VCR. Awesome ocean, city and park views. Incredible, large lanai with large sectional day beds (two twin beds), high-top dining table and tiki bar. Three air conditioners. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and living room bring the sounds of the surf and gentle trade winds indoors.
