Executive Lakefront Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
By personal or business check, money or cashiers's check.
$1000 fully refundable deposit and first nights stay is required within 10 days of making reservations with final full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. (90 days prior to arrival for holiday periods) unless the reservation is made within that period at which time the total amount is due within 10 days or upon arrival by cashiers check only, whichever is sooner.
In the event of a reservation cancellation more than 45 days prior to rarival, we reserve the right to retain one nights cancellation fee. 45-30 days prior cancellation is 50% of rental amount and 29-15 days prior - 75% of rental amount. 0-14 days prior cancellation - no refund. Adjustments to the cancellation policy will be made for holiday periods, however, no refunds for cancellations made 60 days or less.
