St. Augustine condo on Crescent Beach Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Single week or single month renters are required to provide a credit card number or send a check or money order for the full rental amount within 30 days of check-in. Multiple week renters require a one week deposit to secure the reservation, multiple month renters require a one month deposit to secure the reservation.

$250.00 plus a $30.00 non-refundable fee is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days following departure, less any portion used to cover the cost of damages of fees incurred during the stay.
If cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival and the unit cannot be re-rented for an equivalent amount of time, the advance reservation payment will be forfeited.
6% sales tax and a 3% local tax is not included in the rates. A cleaning fee of $75.00 plus 6% tax is also not included.
