Deposit - $200 deposit is required on booking, refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival.
Payment and Cancellation Policy - Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Refund on a cancellation after the 45 days, will be made **only** if the condo can be rebooked.
**Rates/day are for 2 people.**Extra person - $10/day/person plus tax.Stays over 30 days - 10% discountCleaning Fee of $100 on six(6) nights or less stay.All rates are subject to Hawaii tax of 11.42%
