Sea Air Retreat has 1 bed/bath/kitchen/dining/living up and 2 bed/bath/kitchen/dining/living down. Island Getway has 3bed/loft/bath/kitchen/dining/living up and 1 bed/bath/living/kitchenette down. Rent all of house or just the upper levels of either. This rustic and serene area is just north of Sanibel/Captiva Island and enjoys the same beautiful white beaches

Sea Air Retreat: Upper Level: The second floor includes one large bedroom with 2 decks off the west and east exposures. Enjoy a full size tiled bath with Jacuzzi, living room and dining room, a fully equiped kitchen with an island, and 12 feet of glass overlooking the beach at the kitchen sink!
Island Getaway: Sea Level. One large bedroom with two twin beds, large bath/ lounge area with t.v./ small refrig, micro, and coffee maker

TRANSPORTATION:North Captiva Island is located a short distance from Ft. Myers. There are no bridges to this private island, arrive by air or water taxi. You can water taxi from Pine Island or Captiva Island where a personal greeter will make all the arrangements. If you are a private pilot please call for information regarding your arrival. A private air strip is available on the island. Ft. Myers/Naples airport is only a short distance from our island. Accommodations can be made to make your travel effortless.
Located between the islands of Cayo Costa and Captiva/Sanibel550 acres of lush tropical island, 4 miles long and 1/2 mile wide at it's widest
No hotels. No cars. No malls. No Fast food
Visitors to the island get about on foot, bikes or golfcarts and dine on fresh gourmet food served by friendly islanders in an atmosphere that's unhurried, unpretentious and casual. There are approximately 60 year round residents and only about 200 homes. Having witnessed the rapid urbanization of other parts of the state, every effort is made to ensure that the island's natual beauty is preserved and protected and that growth is kept in balance with the sesitivities of the environment.
Take a long walk down a deserted beach, Go shelling or bird watching, Swim in the warm aqua Gulf of Mexico, Take a jog down a footpath, explore the Wildlife Sanctuary which occupies nearly 2/3 of the island, Watch quietly from a distance the birthing of Loggerhead turtles on the beach.
