Island Palms - Gulf Shores Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

$500 security/damage deposit refundable within 10 days after departure if there is no damage.
Cancellations must be in writing. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your deposit.
If a reservation is canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival all pre-paid rent amounts will be forfeited to the owner unless the unit is re-booked for the entire stay.
No refunds for early departure.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. The keys are kept in a combination lock box at the house. You will be sent an email with the combination to the lock box prior to your scheduled arrival. There will be two keys in the box.
Upon departure please place the keys back in the lock box. The cleaning staff will check the lock box for the keys and will check the condition of the house after your departure.
Deposits will not be returned until either the keys are returned or a $25.00 fee is paid for the lost/missing set. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM on the final day of stay.
11% lodging tax, $230 cleaning fee/linen service
