Our villa offers you three air conditioned bedrooms along with three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area and of course a great deal of outdoor space for you to enjoy. The entire house has air conditioning.

Bring your snorkeling, fishing and scuba gear along with you or rent it on the island. You can fish and snorkel from the rocks directly in front of our villa.

We are the end villa and have complete privacy.

Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays.

The house is beautifully furnished with everything we could think of to make your stay as easy and carefree as possible.

We have a telephone for your convenience so that you can make local calls or receive long distance calls.

We have cable TV with a VCR and a stereo with a cassette and CD player.

There is an outdoor grill so you can cook the fish you catch from our deck.

JUBELIBRA is on the Dutch side of St. Maarten in Pelican Key Estates. It is situated direcctly on the ocean so you can watch the passing cruise ships come and go to the island of St. Maarten.

Our villa is in a gated community that is beautifully kept.

Our landscaping is done daily and this premier community is extremely desirable.

We are very close to many beaches, shops, restaurants, casinos and other island attractions.

We only accept personal check or money orders as payment. No credit cards are accepted.

We require one-third upon initial reservation. One third three months prior to travel and balance is due 6 weeks prior to travel.



Cancellation policy is on the lease agreement.
