The house is on the ocean front and also backs onto the Chalk Sound National Park where it is possible to kayak, snorkel and bone fish - in shallow clear water. By the house are coral reefs for snorkeling, some in shallow water (2-4 feet) which is ideal for kids. Tennis courts are also nearby. The house is 10mins from the airport. On arrival at the island you are met and escorted to the property. All the shopping and restaurants are with 10-20mins from the house
