... in the beautifully maintained condo complex of Las Misiones De San Jose. Las Misiones is located on the malecon (the beach front boulevard), centrally located near: Mega super market, restaurants, beach and all water sports, golf, horseback riding, downtown shops and much more.
Las Misiones is a fully gated community with on grounds parking, 2 pools, tennis courts, manicured gardens, poolside palapa (restaurant open Nov-May). Our condo is second floor, overlooking the second tee on the Mayan 9 hole golf course, and is poolside. Beautifully appointed with old Mexico charm and fully stocked , including beach towels. 2 bedrooms, one with a king, the other with a queen and each with it's own bathroom. There's a large, living room with satellite TV DVD & CD players, fully equipped kitchen with laundry pantry, 3 outside patios with table, chairs and barbeque. The condo has a dining room that comfortably seats six, a fully equipped kitchen and bar area with new oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and a dining terrace . The main pool and palapa are just in front of our building. New air conditioning units have been added in each bedroom and living room
Enjoy and relax in this perfectly located condo: resort quality pools, tennis courts, golf course & waterfall features. You will enjoy the breezes & tropical palm trees, and plush flower landscaping. PLUS you can relax under large covered outdoor patio areas with spacious seating. PERFECT for 2 couples or families to share! Across the street one can stroll the sandy beaches, beach access is an easy 5-minute walk. Only a 30 minute walk to the charming historic downtown of San Jose del Cabo for restaurants and shopping and 1/4 mile from the newly built Mega supermarket (similar to a Walmart), for those last minute items. The party town of Cabo San Lucas is just a 20-minute drive down scenic highway 1 , or a bus or taxi ride.
