Sorry, no pets and the San Diego vacation unit is non-smoking. Smoking outside is permitted, but PLEASE, no smoking in the unit. Also, please be respectful of the patio and courtyard by making sure that everything is sufficiently put out and properly disposed of. Please do not drop things on the ground.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must meet property management criteria. The Condo Association has very strict rules on excessive noise after 9 pm and fines to match that are strictly enforced. Be assured, you are staying in a building that is peaceful and relaxing.
