$300 -500 fully refundable security deposit required depending on # of guests & length of stay.

$400 deposit to hold your reservation is 50% refundable if canceled 45 days or more prior to your arrival & non-refundable less than 45 days. It will become your security deposit once you arrive & is then fully refundable if there is no damage and the house is left in good order.
Cleaning fee is $69-89 depending on length of stay and number of guests.
