The apartment has its own private parking place in front of the building. There is a regular bus service from outside the door to the main Cannes railway station, to the bus terminus where the airport bus stops, and to La Croisette. The shops are just a few minutes walk away. Tennis is available at the Cannes Tennis Club, which is about a 20 minutes walk away, behind the Martinez Hotel. We offer a 20% Discount on all lastminute bookings, made within 14 days of arrival. Full payment on all lastminute bookings must be made in full upon receipt of confirmation of the booking. We welcome long lets, (over 4 weeks) and offer special rates for such bookings during our Low and Mid Season months. A Security Deposit of EURO 800 is charged to a credit card but not cashed. The Security Deposit is cancelled within fourteen days of termination of occupancy, provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the signed Rental Agreement are met.
