With just over 1800 square feet of living space, the Palm Springs house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a group of six, yet romantic and cozy for a couple. The Master Bedroom boasts a California King suite with his and her closets and a private bathroom. Swing open the plantation shutters, slide the glass doors, and step out onto the Patio and into the Hot Tub.
Bedroom two has a Queen size bed and direct access to a second private Patio. The third bedroom is furnished as an office with a large leather sofa that converts to a comfortable Queen size bed.
There is a modern Tiled Kitchen, fully equipped to prepare and serve anything from a pot of coffee for breakfast on the kitchen table, to a multi-course gourmet dinner for six presented in the dining room.
The Palm Springs vacation house has dual central air conditioning systems to keep you cool inside and an outdoor misting system for your comfort outside. There is a two car attached garage with remote controls and a Washer/Dryer for your convenience.
Have dinner on the designer all glass dining room table; enjoy a cocktail at the wet bar or sip a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. Kick back and watch Cable TV or a DVD on the 32 set in the entertainment center. Listen to your favorite CD's or choose a book from our shelves.

Luxury Three Bedroom Villa in Rancho Mirage Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
VISA, AMEX, MasterCard accepted for non-refundable deposit upon booking. Remainder may be a personal check or money order mailed to and received by Richter Enterprises at anytime but at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
Upon booking, one third of the total rent or $500, whichever is greater. There is no security deposit required, but your credit card information will be kept on file in case of any damage or losses.
Upon request and in the event of unforeseen circumstances after final payment has been made, all monies collected beyond the original booking deposit will be returned.
All taxes and utility charges are included. When you arrive, the Villa will have been professionally cleaned and prepared. There is a one time cleaning fee of $130.
