The total charges you can expect to pay are: rent; 10% of rent tax (if your stay is less than 30 days); cleaning $90-$150 depending on the unit; $35 reservation fee and $55 damage deposit waiver (protects for up to $1500 accidental damage). Our contracts are short term leases so we do not accept or hold deposits. There is a $500 down which goes towards your rent.
We do not have a cancellation policy as you lease on a fixed term lease basis. However we do offer travel protection insurance.
The fees to be added to your $500 down payment are $35 reservation fee and $55 security deposit protector fee which protects the property for up to $1500 worth of accidental damage.
