All our luxury cabins are supplied with breakfast staples and basic consumables for your convenience in case of late arrivals or if you just don't feel like stopping at a grocery store prior to your arrival . We stock coffee, dry creamer, sugar, sweetener, bagels, cream cheese, waffles, syrup, oatmeal, peanut butter, jelly, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap. It is recommended you stop for alcohol and other groceries in Ellijay or Jasper prior to your arrival.

Talking Rock Creek Properties is a brand new gated mountain resort in a secluded and peaceful mountain retreat near the south shores of Carters Lake. The resort has thousands of acres of creek front, forest and mountain views and is a short one hour drive north of Atlanta, Georgia.
Talking Rock Creek properties is named after the beautiful Talking Rock Creek which begins just south of the city of Talking Rock in Pickens County and flows into Carters Lake 20 miles downstream where it merges with the Coosawattee River. Rafting, canoing and fishing are popular activities on this remote creek where rock faces reach as high as 100 feet.
There is an abundance of recreational amenities available in the resort starting with the brand new Trout Lodge on Talking Rock Creek. The Lodge, opening in summer 2007, is close to the south entrance and offers elegant facilities where guests can fish for trout or wade in the river and enjoy picnics in the park while watching and listening to the babbling mountain creek. The Lodge can host parties or meetings and has a kitchen and several showers. To fish the river, a fishing license is required. There is also another clubhouse and new pool facility near the south entrance which will be opening in Summer 2007.
