Only 12 km. to the splendid Medioeval town of Perugia and half an hour to the San Francesco town of Assisi and the just restored Giotto murales painitngs and the Mount Subasio. In the Northen direction half an hour to Gubbio and slighltly more than an hour for the traditional villages of Norcia and Cascia with their traditional alimentary products (ham, salami ecc.) and the ski station of Forche Canapine.
