... all the rooms and a great open living space with a seperate TV room with wet bar and sofa sleeper that adjoins a bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom to make a seperate suite if desired. The house has High Speed Internet Access. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and snack bar. There is a gas grill on the deck off of the living area for a BBQ and cooking the fish that you catch. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk in closet, an adjoning loft( with a couch and day bed) and bathroom with a garden tub/jacuzzi and California shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining bath room with a jacuzzi tub. Ceiling Fans in all rooms and a window A/C unit in twin bedroom for added comfort.We are pet friendly. Bring your four legged friends with you.

WalMart and 2 grocery stores are only a mile away and there is a convience store just 1 block from the house. The world famous FloraBama is just 10 minutes away down the Beach Hwy. The Gulf Coast Zoo, that was featured on the Animal Planet network is just minutes away. Rest A Shore (PET FRIENDLY) Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
cash, cashiers check, U.S. Postal Money Order, Personal checks are accepted for deposit if more that 30 days in advance. Also,personal check is accepted for payment in full if 30 days in advance.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. The keys are kept in a combination lock box at the house. You will be sent an email with the combination to the lock box prior to your scheduled arrival. There will be two keys in the box. The security/damage deposit is fully refundable assuming the house is left without any damages or repairs required, or missing objects. The deposit will be 2 night’s rent or a minimum of $500. Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit. Deposit will be refunded by mail within 10 days of departure if unit is left in good order. A separate deposit is required for each week reserved. Guest is responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after you stay, you will be billed accordingly. The security deposit is due before a reservation will be confirmed. 50% of the total rental amount is due 90 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon departure please place the keys back in the lock box. The cleaning staff will check the lock box for the keys and will check the condition of the house after your departure. Deposits will not be returned until either the keys are returned or a $25.00 fee is paid for the lost/missing set. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM on the final day of stay.
