Rocky Bottom Cabin - Secluded Getaway for two Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Cash or Personal check or Travelers check. Our pricing includes at no extra charge: All towels and linens, breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, pancake mix - enough for your first two mornings), cereals, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, mixers, milk and cookies, chocolates and soft drinks.A fresh baked loaf of warm home-made bread hand delivered upon your arrival.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis -- please call with your request.Please feel free to smoke on the front porch and rear deck areas.

Advance reservations are recommended.

Deposits

A prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation

Check in after 3 p.m. and before 7 p.m. / Check out is requested by noon - but we are flexible, call with your request. Deposits are cheerfully refunded when cancellation notice is 30 days prior to your arrival date..

Fees & Taxes

A one time cleaning fee of $50.00.

Taxes - 6.75% to the state, and 5% to the county - 11.75% total

Bob and Gail, Tim and I have enjoyed staying @ RBC twice, one in the summer and then in the winter. We loved it and plan a late winter get away in Feb. Quiet in not the word for your place. We have escaped to a piece of heaven on earth. Your care of us far passes any name resort. All you have put into your place is amazing. Sharing it with others and giving of your self expression by the details in the cabin shows both of your's great character. Gracious hosts - personal touches to make our stay so wonderful. The birthday cake for me was so caring. Can't wait to see you soon. Just love it @ RBC.
