Seabrook Island is a private gated community located along one of the most beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beaches in South Carolina. The houses and villas are all placed in very natural settings in a maritime forest, along marshes and golf courses, and on the beach. There is an Island Club which has full amenities that are available for member owners and guests (who purchase an amenity card at a cost of $20/day/villa) on days that they wish to play golf, tennis, horseback ride, or use the fitness center and pools at the Recreation area at the published guest rates. There are also restaurants available. The villa pool is free to villa guests, and of course there is no beach fee.Seabrook is a short (approx. 40 minute) drive to historic Charleston, and there are may plantations and other points of interest in the surrounding area. There are numerous restaurants and cultural venues in Charleston and nearby. It is the perfect vacation spot for the whole family.
