50% deposit must be made at time of reservation by cashiers check or money order. \Security Deposit: We require a $500.00 security deposit on or before arrival. A credit card number will do for this, it will only be used if there has been excessive damage to our unit. Normal wear is not an issue, just those guests who abuse the unit.
All cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation dates are subject to loss of all monies deposited. Winter weekend and Holiday reservations are required to pay full amount 30 days prior to reservation dates. Cancellations after the 30 days prior to the reservation dates will only be refunded only if the reservation is filled by another party. (Whenever possible we try to do this.)
