Our home is a spacious 1550 sq ft, three bedroom, two bath home ideally situated in the Tahoe Paradise area of South Lake Tahoe between Heavenly Valley and Sierra-At-Tahoe Ski Resorts. South Lake Tahoe Vacation Cabin Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Personal or cashier's check (preferred), money order, and credit cards through PayPal (www.PayPal.com) if renter pays PayPal fees (approximately 1.5 - 3% of total).

Fully refundable $250 damage deposit collected in a separate personal check (preferred) which is not cashed unless damage is done to our home during your stay. Your damage deposit is returned uncashed after a satisfactory inspection within 2-4 weeks after your departure. All or a portion of your damage deposit may be forfeited for late, unqualified cancellations. These are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please write or call for any questions on this policy.
Flexible up to 30 days prior, then return of deposit is case-by-case up to arrival date, as long as we can re-rent our cabin prior to your cancellation date. Cancellations that cannot be re-rented are subject to loss of damage deposit.
Daily rates quoted do not include an additional county occupancy tax of 10% and a $75 cleaning fee. Weekly rates include the occupancy tax but not the cleaning fee. Lease agreements are available for stays of a month or longer. Holiday pricing is $1400 for Christmas and New Year's week including taxes and cleaning fees, or $200 per night (4 night min) not including taxes and cleaning fee. All other holidays are $150 per night (3 night minimum) or $850 per week plus cleaning fee. Christmas week for 2008 runs from 12/19/2008 to 12/26/2008 and New Years week starts on 12/26/2008 to 1/2/2009 (These dates are subject to move around a bit). Please email or call for questions.
