Relax in the outdoor spa or BBQ in the large backyard which features large lawn and patio area perfect for BBQ's and summer night dining on the patio furniture provided. There are 5 T.V.'s at this home as well as a VCR, cd player, washer/dryer, & ping pong table. This large home has plenty of room for 16 people! There's 1 king, 4 queens, & 2 sets of bunk beds, with the bottom bunk being a full size to accommodate 2 people.

80% of the deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days before arrival. All cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of funds. Late cancellations will receive prorated funds, if the home is re-rented.
