Joe, we had a great time on Raccoon Lane! The place was cozy, with a warm fire, snow in the front yard, and everything we needed to feel at home over the long weekend. The information you provided prior to our stay via e-mail was very helpful and easy to follow, and I appreciated your follow-up note asking about our stay.
We will definitely return, and hope to be back to get some skiing in....our boys are just a few years too young yet, but we will get there! They like to just hang out in Sunriver, and go to Goody's now!

Joe, we had a blast in your home last weekend! We didn't know whether there'd be any sonw, but it was deeper then we's ever seen it in Sunriver. We rented cross country skis and explored the golf course. We also went skating, but it was really Cold.
The house was quite presentable when we got there. The new kitchen countertops look great! Everthing was clean and the smells good.
We love staying in your cabin. We're already looking for some time this summer when we can visit again.

Hello Joe,
We had such a marvelous time at your wonderful home in Sunriver you wouldn't even believe it. Lee and Jessica lived on the bikes. We rode everwhere, all day. We had fabulous weather as well.
There is NOTHING but great things to say about your home. We were very comfortable, the kids LOVED having their own rooms. Jim and I loved sitting on the deck and watching our children ride around the Raccoon Cul-de-sac.
We would love to go down and stay again some day. Lee is planning a winter getaway as he is a snowboarder.

Joe, we had a great time there and I honestly can't think of anything you could do to upgrade your place. It was nice to have the magazines and brochures. If you had a few more paperback books it would be nice, but I discovered the library and bought a card for $5 and borrowed books for three days so it was worth it.
We loved having the bikes there and rode them a couple of times-even in the snow that was falling. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace which imparts a cozy feeling.
We may be interested in renting your home during the summer do you rent during that time?

Our trip was so fantastic and your home was awesom :) we all enjoyed our stay so very much! You have a game there clled Aggravation, boy we mush have played that game 10 times I think now we are looking for it here at home :) We will coming again sometime soon :) As for anything I can think of that might make our trip better I can't think of a thing, everythig was perfect :) I will spread the word around here for sure!!! Joe, YES, we had a fabulous time! Thank you for having such a beautiful place at such an affordable price. It is allowing us to be able to go. It was especially wonderful because we went alone. Just our family. It was very relaxing and a great getaway. We are looking forward to our next trip. We did lots of sledding and the kids had a blast. We arrived home after our wonderful stay at you home in Sunriver.Everthing was nice and well equiped in the house. Your wool blankets are the best, and we certainlly did need them, as it got really cold at night and in the morning. We were REALLY glad the TV was int the bedroom and not in the living room..amazing what you can find to do when a TV isn't your source of entertainment. We played cards, guessing games and visited! The bikes were nice but we didn't use them much as we had two babies and used our baby jogger and did a lot of walking.
Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home, and we are already speaking in terms of "next time". Hopefully, it will be the same time next year, if it works for you.
