Swiss Comfort Rental Apartment Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Personal Checks, International money wire, PayPal, Major Credit Cards (VISA, MC, AMEX).
Payment terms - UK Sterling, Euros, US Dollar, or Swiss Franc checks or direct bank transfer at the buying rate of the day.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
25 % deposit required at booking and is held as a security deposit again damage assessed at checkout, and as security against lost, stolen, or unreturned keys. Security deposits are returned within ten days after final rental.
Cancellations made four weeks prior to the rental period will incur a 50 % cancellation charge.
Swiss-Comfort is not responsible for accident or injury during the rental. International accident, health insurance as well as travel cancellation insurance is strongly encouraged.
4.7 % TVA is included in fees. A local Swiss resort tax applies and is paid by the renter at the local tourism office.
Rentals include linens and towels (changed weekly or upon request).
Breakfasts is available upon request and requires 24 hours advance notice. Adults are 8 CHFs pp and children are 5 CHFs pp. Breakfast includes a variety of homemade breads, local cheeses, hot beverages, juice of your pleasure, and homemade jams.
A $50.00 cleaning charge is assessed on all rentals.
A Swiss Tourist tax (2.80 chfs per day for adults, 1.70 chfs per day for ages 7-16, over 60 and under 7 years free of charge) must be paid at the Leysin Tourist office and provides visitors access to generous discounts on several sporting facilities in Leysin for ski passes and ski lifts.
