This is a fully furnished and equipped studio apartment, located on 73rd St. and Broadway in the residential area of the Upper West Side.

All of the bed/bath linens, house wares, audio system, local phone service, electricity, cable television and gym access are included with our package.

We also provide housekeeping service at an additional cost. It is only ½ block to the bus & subway station (“72nd St” - 1,2,3,9 lines), two blocks to Central Park and walking distance to Lincoln Center.
