Inside the gates you’ll find a beautiful 3600 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath Main Villa and a 900 sq ft. 1 bedroom 2 bath Guest Villa with Spanish roof tiles imported from Spain and state of the art electronics. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning in all the rooms & outdoor fans on the top balconies between the arches to keep you cool on those hot tropical nights. There is a swim up pool bar for serving cold drinks to your guests during the hot days. We can arrange, at an extra charge, for a private chef who will prepare extravagant meals for your culinary appetite, with service in the privacy of your Rincon vacation Villa, poolside, or on the sandy beach in the front of the property. Maid service is optional for an additional charge.

The pool with its steps located opposite the lunch bar makes it an easy transition from the deck to the water. Take the connecting steps to a wrap around bench that continues to the submerged pool seats at the Bar designed to provide a cool area for lounging or hanging out. The swim-up Pool Bar has tiled coralina countertops, refrigerator, & TV with room for 12 outdoor stools and access to separate his and hers outdoor restrooms and showers.

You will enter the Main Villa through a medieval solid 10 ft x 6 ft double entry door onto imported Spanish Travertine floor tiles. All the doors were custom made from Brazilian Hardwood and finished in San Juan in the Old Spanish style. There are 10 ft ceilings and custom lighting with dimmers throughout.

Two guest bedrooms are located off the hallway. The guest master bedroom with king bed and private entrance to the bathroom. has custom made mahogany cabinets and dresser with a 20” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and air-conditioning. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and 8 ft slider doors that open out to the pool deck has custom mahogany closets, 20” flat screen TV, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning.

The Living room has 8ft tall sliders that open out to a 10ft. coralina stone deck that faces the pool and ocean. It has a 60 Flat screen TV Entertainment center with DVD, CD, surround sound stereo system w/outdoor speakers so you may listen to your favorite sounds inside and outside, along with a wrap around couch, Breakfast bar and a small dinette.

The gourmet kitchen has a 48 Jenn-Air 8 burner double oven and a stainless 36” Jenn-air double door refrigerator, dishwasher, micro wave and wine cooler. The countertops are made of yellow & blue swirled granite and there is a breakfast/wine bar that will accommodate 6 guests on tall stools, and a round dining table for another 6 guests. All the kitchen cabinets are made from solid Brazilian Cherry wood finished in a old mission style. There is a custom pocket window that slides open to a custom lunch bar where you can easily serve meals or drinks on the 10 ft wide coralina stone deck that surrounds the back of the Villa and borders the pool and its walkways.

The guest bathroom floors and walls are made of travertine tiles with cabinets made from Brazilian Cherrywood. There are double blown glass basins sitting atop a tropical Verde granite countertop. The shower is very large with double shower heads and encased in designer block. There is a lighted tiled staircase that opens into a Day-room on the top floor with a 32 Flat Screen TV entertainment & computer center, a comfortable futon couch & access to the front balcony and master bedroom. This is the perfect place to catch up on the news, handle business from the office, or read that exiting novel you’ve been meaning to finish.

The entire upper floor is dedicated to the Master of the Rincon vacation Villa and is approximately 900 sq ft under roof with magnificent views of the Ocean and Desecheo Island offshore, with covered balcony access completely around the Villa. The master suite opens up through 8 ft solid Brazilian hardwood double doors into a large open air room with 16 ft ceilings, a Private Lounge and Wet Bar. The wet bar has Blue Brazilian Granite countertops with custom Brazilian Cherry wood cabinets, ice maker, refrigerator, 32” Flat screen TV and 6 tall barstools. Perfect for a small get together with friends or just a quite evening with that special someone, no need to leave the top floor.

The Master suite walls are made of (11) 8ft glass panels called Nana Walls (imported from Germany) which allows you to slide them open to expose the balcony deck under the huge arches, this brings the outside inside. The private lounge has a 20 flat screen TV with a couch and love seat located opposite the wet bar. The master has a king bed that looks up to a 42 Plasma flat screen entertainment area with additional sitting consisting of a leather love seats and coffee table facing the bar's 32 flat screen TV., the entire upstairs is wired for Surround Sound, DVDs, CDs, etc. The sound system can be played throughout the house inside and outside and can be heard throughout the entire grounds, pool, and beach areas.

Walking into the master bathroom through the custom Brazilian hardwood & bamboo blown glass louver door you’ll find travertine tiles on the floors and walls and an original Mural done by local artist “Tiki Rob”. You’ll also find a two person Jacuzzi Tub and large a Swedish shower with dual shower seats, mister/steamer, foot massage, radio and jacuzzi jets, perfect for those long relaxing moments after a full day of activities. The basins are made of solid Butterfly Green granite and sit above the countertop made of Tropical Verde Granite. The cabinets are custom Brazilian cherrywood with recessed lighting from above & on the sides. The walk-in closet has custom built-in mahogany wood dressers and shelves with a Brazilian hardwood entry door. The master suite and bathroom are surrounded by bamboo blown glass above the 10ft high beam which completely surrounds the front of the bedroom and bath.

Sitting under the arches you can gaze out towards the horizon and see magnificent waves breaking with the sun setting beyond Desecheo Island.

The Guest Villa is located above the 3 car garage towards the back of the property, and can be accessed from either the kitchen or bedroom, with stairways located at either end. Enter the Villa through solid Brazilian hardwood doors onto beautiful beige Travertine floor tiles. The kitchen in the guest Villa has a breakfast bar made of yellow swirled granite and has chairs to seat four. The cabinets are custom made mahogany and the appliances are all stainless steel. There’s a 32” Flat screen TV with dvd, cd, surround sound system w/outdoor speakers and a fullsize futon couch. The 3/4 bath has a tiled shower with an above counter glass basin on top of a tropical verde granite countertop with mahogany cabinets. The living room opens up through 8ft slider doors onto a large Ocean facing balcony overlooking the pool area.

The Guest Villa bedroom is located through double Brazilian hardwood doors and has a king bed centered in front of a large ached window. There is a full bath with shower, double above counter glass basins on top of a tropical verde granite countertop and custom made mahogany cabinets. The room has a 20” flat screen TV with dvd, cd, surround sound system. The walk-in closet has custom built mahogany dresser and shelves. You can access the back balcony from another set of 8ft slider doors, the living room of the guest Villa shares the balcony. The bedroom and living room can be separated or joined together depending upon your needs, each having there own stairways. .

The GUEST VILLA is ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL OF THE MAIN VILLA !!!!!

The Owner/Caretaker occupies the Guest Villa when not booked with the Main Villa.

Owner maintains office on premises in 3 car Garage !!!

There’s private beach access through a 20 ft rod iron gate which has an outdoor shower area. We can offer beach chairs, tables, and umbrellas along with, beach volleyball, kayaking, diving, (scuba certification can be arranged) and of course there’s the Surf. The best surf spots on the west coast and in Rincon, are located right in front of the Villa. We are in front of Pistons, with Dogmans and Tres Palmas to the left and Middles, Maria's, The Point and Indicators to the right. It doesn't get any better for water sports in the Caribbean, Deep Sea Fishing and Scuba Diving charters can be arranged for your ultimate pleasures through local operators..

The Grounds of the property consist of a circular driveway with an entrance and an exit that allows you easy access to your vehicles. You can wander through the grounds and explore the exotic gardens. The landscaping was designed to give guests the ability to experience the natural floral of the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico and other tropical places throughout the world. Feel free to smell the abundant fragrances of the Islands among the many common and rare species that we have planted for your enjoyment.

We require a minimum of $500 security deposit ( $1,000 for events) to secure your reservation and 50% of balance due within 60 days and expect the balance (including deposits) on or before 2 weeks prior to arrival.



If sixty or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 60 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented & If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain 100% of the entire deposit.

Written notice must be received by owners or by certified return receipt mail.
