Clean and newly renovated with full kitchen which has full sized fridge and stove, microwave, this rental has parking for up to 6 vehicles and/or boat trailer.
Cottage has a huge fenced private yard with both retro style domed charcoal BBQ and Propane gas Barbecue. You will enjoy the patios and decks with furniture for up to 20 people and an outdoor shower. Backyard furniture includes picnic table that seats up to 8, oval dining table with chairs, round dining table with chairs, chairs and small side table, recliner sun bathing lounge chairs, utility tray on wheels.
Front deck has 2 chairs and small side table. Cutlery for 12, plates, bowls, glasses and frosty freezer mugs as well as assorted colourful serving bowls, plates and trays, etc., suitable for outdoor entertaining. Basic pots and pans are supplied.
Please bring your own linens, most people prefer to use paper plates etc, we supply 5 rolls TP and 2 rolls paper towels. Daily beach parking in the municipal lot across the street for guests $4/day.
