Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed, luxuriously appointed bathroom with marble floors, wainscott, and shower enclosure. Bedroom 3 features twin beds for the little ones of the family. All bedrooms provide ceiling fans over the beds for additional comfort. A walk to the front porch provides views of the sunrise.

Please be aware this unit is a non smoking unit and unfortunately we do not allow pets. These are very stringent policies. We make every effort to keep it as nice as possible for our guests so we ask for your cooperation in this matter.

Note: A $300 security deposit is required to hold the unit rental dates. A cleaning charge of $65 dollars and a linen charge of $60 are necessary as well.

Swimming pool, a very large community (1600 sq ft) deck on the river with gangplank to the boat marina. Crabbing and fishing from this deck is welcome and very rewarding. A community barbecue pit, picnic table and sink is available for cleaning the days catch and cooking them up on the spot! . The condomium provides all the necessary comforts of home, air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, hd tv, dvd, vcr, stereo, etc.

Historic downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive, visit the Battery where the first shots of the civil war were fired. Shopping and dining can be enjoyed two blocks away on the beach for local flavor, or for a full blown evening of excitement try the Market area of Charleston . Golf courses are throughout the immediate area from the local Charleston muicipal course, to the world reknown Ocean Course on Kiawah Island, home of the 1991 Ryder Cup and this years World Cup Championship. If you would like to keep it simple enjoying an evening stroll on the beach, it is a short five block walk to the ocean. The Charleston Aquarium, the Charleston River Dogs (minor league baseball), and the Folly Beach fishing pier are all just minutes away.
