Personal Check. Please call for Holiday Rates.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
$300 deposit. The balance, plus an additional 10.5% Monterey County Tax and the $100 cleaning fee are due two weeks prior to arrival date. Also required at that time is an additional $200 damage and key deposit in a separate check. This check will not be cashed unless necessary.
For cancellations made 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit will be applied to a future rental. For cancellation less than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the entire payment will be forfeited. However, if the house can be re-rented, your payment will be credited toward your next rental.
In addition to the rental fee there will a $100.00 cleaning fee and 10.5% tax
