3. Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.
4. Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty-five (25) percent on the deposit received, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
5. In the event of a cancellation, within seven (7) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.

I give the highest recommendation to Pine Arbor Retreat. It is centrally located in Yosemite and the accommodations were everything we were looking for and more. We stayed for a week with friends and it was a wonderful place to come home to after a day of hiking and exploring. It provided the utmost in comfort, cleanliness and spaciousness. There is also a large selection of quality movies on DVD to choose from.

This is no average rental home. This place really was a home away from home. Centrally located within the park -- easy drive to the valley, Glacier Point, and Wawona. And it's inside the park! When you're not out tromping around, the house was fully stocked and extrememly hospitable. I recommend it!

The Jumping Deer was such a great find! We had tried to book one of the lodges at Yosemite not knowing that there was anything else inside the park, but they were booked. We were so thrilled to find out about the Jumping Deer. We had so much room, and the kitchen was great to have. We will definitely recommend it to any of our friends who are planning a trip to Yosemite.

What a wonderful place!! We stayed 4 days in Yosemite and with this home located right in middle of Yosemite, we got see the sights without the crowds. The house was huge, with enough room for our whole family. Kudos to the owners!
